Booking

Please contact Lesley by *TEXT ONLY* to book onto the meet on 07542698583.

Please text your:

• full name
• type of unit motorhome or caravan + length
• your vehicle registration
• your CCC membership number.
• Lesley will then text you your allocation number and confirming you are booked on to the meet.

Please note Lesley cannot reserve your booking without the above information.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel, please text Lesley with your name and allocation number and she will remove you from the list. Please note by informing you cannot make a meet will allow other members on any reserve list to attend.

Notes

Please text anytime during the day however the phone will be turned off late in the evening and any texts will be retrieved the following morning. Lesley will try to text you back as soon as possible hopefully you can appreciate this is not always possible. Please do not try to phone or WhatsApp Lesley as bookings cannot be made this way.
